Payment
All prices are in sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
Payment can be made using credit or debit card with the exception of American Express or by Paypal. We do not accept payment by cheque. Payments by credit or debit card are subject to authorisation checks by the card issuer, in order to enable such checks we will share your information with the card
issuer. Where the card issuer refuses to authorise payment we cannot be liable for any delay or non-delivery of goods.
Payment for orders is at the point of dispatch.

Description of Products
Every effort is taken to ensure the products we supply correspond to the sample displayed on the website. However due to the handmade nature of many of our products slight variations may occur. These variations may include but are not limited to slight changes in fabric, colour or dimensions.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products are correct at the time when the relevant information is entered onto the system. We aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, however the information appearing on this website at a particular
time may not always reflect the position at the exact time an order is placed.
Please be aware that computer browsers may present colours slightly differently.
Orders
All orders placed on this website are subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.
All orders are subject to availability.
When an order is placed you will receive an acknowledgement email, please note that this is not an order conformation or an order acceptance.
Contract Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel this contract if you wish provided you exercise this right no longer then seven days after the order was received.
If you wish to cancel prior to despatch please contact customer services as soon as possible. If you have already received your order please follow our returns policy.
Once the goods have been returned in their unused condition and original packaging you will receive a refund less the original delivery charge and any charges arising from the cancellation of the order.
Refusal of Orders
We reserve the right to discontinue products.
We reserve the right to refuse orders made via www.indigo11.co.uk pre or post payment.
Liability
We reserve the right to accept, refuse or limit your order for any reason including but not limited to the unavailability of a product, product description credit review.
Our total liability in contract tort (including negligence, or breach of statutory duty) misrepresentation restitution or otherwise arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of your order shall be limited to the purchase price.
The goods will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
Ownership of goods will only pass to you once we have received all sums due in respect of goods including delivery charges.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
